A break-down of my bets
There wasn’t as much sports betting to do today as I did the majority of my Nations League betting yesterday. Still there were some decent offers available, but this allowed me more time to concentrate on some low risk casino.
NOTE: *For all free bet profits mentioned I quote my average 80% extraction (as some I've done already but others I'm still waiting to do once they come into my bookie accounts)
I woke up in the morning to see Betfred were dishing out a lovely offer: bet £10 in play on the Wigan vs Warrington Rugby League match, and get a £10 free bet. Managed to get on Wigan at the beginning of the match for a 19p loss as the odds were pretty decent.

Profit Extracted From £10 Free Bet: £8.00

Sky Bet had a bet £20 get a £20 free bet if the horse I chose came second. I got £20 on the second favourite Waldstern on Sky Bet at odds of 4.0 with a 94p loss. Waldstern unfortunately didn't come in 2nd so I didn't get the £20 free bet on this. When you're more experienced at matched betting it's best on an offer like this to do your Qualifying Bet as close to the start of the race as you can as the Qualifying Loss you incur then tends to be smaller. (If you're a beginner - be careful doing this as the odds can move quickly).

Total Qualifying Losses: -£0.94
Total Overall Profit: -£0.94
Paddy then had a bet £10 on the 15:00 at Newmarket, and if the horse Too Darn Hot wins then they'll refund your losing bet as a £10 free bet. I got on Anthony Van Dyck quite close to the off for a £1.25 loss which is quite a lot for a ten pound Qualifying Bet. Thankfully Too Darn Hot came up trumps so I got my £10 refund.
Total Work Time: less that 5 minutes
Total Qualifying Losses: -£1.25
Profit Extracted From £10 Free Bet: £8.00
Total Overall Profit: £6.75
I fortunately opted to do the Sport Pesa offer today - bet £25 on certain markets on the Ireland vs Denmark game and if my bet lost and the game was 0-0 or there was a red card I'd get a £25 refund. I almost didn't do the offer as the odds were so bad but I decided to go for it the last minute. Got lucky on this one again as the game did end up finishing 0-0! (I would have been kicking myself today if I hadn't placed them in the end!).
Total Work Time: 8 minutes (I was being a bit indecisive!)
Total Qualifying Losses: -£3.95
Profit Extracted From £25 Free Bet: £20.00
Total Overall Profit: £16.05
Tony Bet are popping up more and more at the moment. They had another bet up to £20 on any 1x2 market and get a £20 free bet if it is a bore draw (0-0). I got £20 on Norway vs Slovenia and Ireland vs Denmark respectively for a total of £2.02 in qualifying losses. Thankfully the Ireland game ended 0-0 resulting in a £20 free bet. Again, the odds between the bookie and exchange were not great, but having two £20 free bets credited in the two days of doing this has obviously left me with a very decent profit.

ODDS BOOST AT SKY BET AND WILLIAM HILL
I do these accumulator odds boost offers nearly every-time Sky Bet and William Hill do them. I tend to use an under-lay strategy most of the time because it gives a higher potential profit for no-risk. Most times I tend to wait until a couple of hours before kick-off before doing the boosts because the odds on Smarkets tend to be the best then (though, not always).
Neither of the accas came in so I didn't make anything on this offer.

As there was not much else sports wise due to England playing the previous day, and no 2 up as it is only eligible for the bigger leagues, I turned to some low risk casino which is where the majority of my profits come from. I started with Ladbrokes’ stake £20 or more on Baam Boom and pick up 20 Free Spins instantly each day, as it had a very good expected value of £5.05. I hit a nice bonus in my first few spins and called it a day after that, thus not bothering with the free spins.

I had been meaning to do the Grosvenor Casino offer for quite some time and finally got round to doing it. I opted in and had to stake £150 for a £30 bonus on any live casino game. It had an expected value of £27 for the full £150 of wagering which I did using £1 stakes. Oddsmonkey recommend you use Blackjack to wager for a slightly better RTP, but I find that Roulette and sticking to one colour is the easiest way to go about doing these offers. Grosvenor use cash before bonus so I ensured I withdrew everything before playing the last hand of each £50 wagered. I made £42 from this offer in total after I had used my bonuses. Was very happy with that.
Total Work Time: Over an hour (mixed in with doing other personal work stuff)
Total Overall Profit: £42
I did really well on the casino offers today and bumped my total profit up to £110.75 for just over 2 hours worth of work. Anytime I hit over £100 for the minimal time I spend I view it as a really great day of matched betting. If I'd not done the Grosvenor offer (which took up basically an hour) I still would have been £68.75 in profits for an hours worth of matched betting. Not bad at all really! Not bad at all.
Just a side note - sometimes I don't have such a good day on the casinos but as long as you follow the good +EV offers that Oddsmonkey list you will always be up in the long-run (this is speaking from 2+ years of matched betting experience).
